A boy, feeling a bit shy, approached a beautiful girl sitting alone in the library. He asked her gently, “Do you mind if I sit beside you?” His voice was soft, unsure if she’d want company. But before he could even take a seat, the girl turned to him and, with a loud voice that echoed throughout the library, snapped, “I don’t want to spend the night with you!”

Her words were harsh, and immediately, everyone in the library turned to look at the boy. People shot him angry glares, assuming he was making an inappropriate advance. The boy stood frozen, his face turning red from embarrassment, unsure of what had just happened.

The girl, noticing the commotion she had caused, leaned closer and whispered softly, “I just meant I’m here to study. Not to socialize.” The boy blinked, understanding the misunderstanding, and sheepishly smiled. The tension in the room slowly dissolved.
