Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble, an Australian body modification enthusiast, has spent around $60,000 AUD ($39,000 USD) transforming his appearance with over 200 tattoos and various body alterations. His journey began at 11 when he stretched his ears, later undergoing extreme procedures like tongue splitting and belly button removal.

While he once embraced his look, Ethan now admits to having some regrets, particularly about his face tattoos. Speaking on LadBibleTV’s No Filter series, he explained that he doesn’t necessarily regret his choices but wishes to be perceived differently. His concerns have grown, especially as a father, worrying about how his appearance might impact daily activities, like taking his daughter to school.

To address this, Ethan has been undergoing painful laser removal for the past year. He describes the process as mentally and physically challenging but believes it will help ease his anxiety. He attributes some of his mental struggles to his heavily tattooed face and now aims to “clear the canvas” over the next two years.

Ethan’s story highlights how personal expression evolves and how extreme modifications can lead to unforeseen challenges. His journey raises questions about self-identity, societal perception, and the long-term effects of body modifications.
