The release of the first phase of Jeffrey Epstein’s files has reignited public interest in the case, but it has not revealed the long-speculated “client list.” U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed that the documents, released on February 27, include flight logs and contact lists, but much of the information had already been made public.
Among the most significant documents is a heavily redacted version of Ghislaine Maxwell’s address book, which contains contact information for numerous high-profile individuals, including journalists, politicians, and celebrities. However, officials have emphasized that appearing in the book does not indicate any involvement in Epstein’s crimes.
Notable names include former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, former U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair, Donald Trump and his family, and figures from the entertainment industry like Alec Baldwin, Kevin Spacey, and Naomi Campbell.
Despite speculation, journalist Julie K. Brown stated that no “client list” exists, dismissing it as an internet-fueled myth. The DOJ has indicated that additional files may be released in the future, but the current documents largely reaffirm previously known details rather than expose new revelations about Epstein’s network.
